Quiet Areas
All areas behind the door to the retail boutique are quiet zones. Please relax and help other relax by keeping conversation quiet.

Reservations/Appointments
Spa/massage services are available Monday thru Saturday. We recommend calling as far in advance as possible to insure availability. A credit card or advance payment is required to reserve your appointment. Multiple therapies must always be guaranteed.

Requesting a Therapist
Although you are welcome to request a specific therapist for your appointment, a licensed professional may be substituted without notice in the event of illness or emergency by the therapist you requested.

Spa Information
We suggest that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to handle any paperwork, enjoy a cup of tea and get situated & ready for your experience.

Guest Cancellation
We request the courtesy of a minimum of 24-hours cancellation notice for all spa packages and a minimum of 4 hours for massage. Cancellations made after the minimum may be charged 50% or gift certificate value reduced except in the event of an emergency (injury, illness, death of a loved one). No shows will be charged a 100% fee.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to relax, get into a robe (if you are getting multiple services), and have a cup of tea. Arriving late may result in our scaling down your service in order to stay on time for the next client. Your time is important to us and we serve you best when no one is rushed.

Children
Please arrange for childcare so you may get full benefit from your appointment. We do not have a play area and liability carriers prevent children in the treatment rooms unless they are getting a service. Treatment is available for children 6 and up. Exceptions may be made for mature children under age 6.

Gift Certificates
We offer gift certificates for specific services or dollar amounts. They are not refundable for cash but may be used for retail items or used by someone else. Gift certificates are typically good for 6 months. Expired gift certificates will be honored for services only.

Gratuities
Although gratuities are not required, they are appreciated. Unlike many spas, tips are not automatically charged to your bill at Bodyworks. Tips are the property of the therapist. 15 to 20% is customary for most services.
